We are a passionate team of individuals with diverse backgrounds from multiple disciplines including from the academic, legal, professional, non-profit and private sectors where our combined expertise weaves strategic synergy to support our mission and yours.

Vision

Systems, institutions, and organizations are more often than not built without mindfulness of access and inclusion where they are working to retrofit standardized one-size-fits-all policies, programming and service provision after becoming aware that there are issues with people’s experiences.  This traditional structure becomes a costly long-term burden to the company and to overall institutional morale when trying to achieve inclusion to and for all.  Here, barriers to access are not due to one identifiable element that can easily be removed, but multifaceted which requires transdisciplinary efforts to carefully address various barriers.  Systemic discrimination typically is not intentional and is simply a result of lack of awareness or exposure to people who are different from an organization’s “normal.”  We get it.  We’ve been there and gone through a real awakening of an authentic journey to learning how we can be part of this change.  We can help dismantle systematic barriers together that are preventing organizations and institutions such as yours from maximizing the strengths, brilliance, and synergy that comes with inclusion, listening, and collaboration.  The end result is improved human, social, and financial capital necessary for your company/organization to thrive.  What are you waiting for?

About the Founder | CEO

Kathleen O'Regan

Chief Executive Officer

Triforce Impact is a concept born from the personal and professional experience of its Founder, Kathleen O’Regan. Kathleen has over fifteen years of experience working in k-12 institutions, private sectors, non-profits, and communication access agencies. In 2014, Kathleen founded Civic Access, which was a vehicle for change. The revenue stream from services created access and opportunity locally. This concept granted her team the privilege to continue to serve various industry sectors while leveraging resources to increase access to venues and organizations.

Kathleen’s experience building a company that had real impact for the local community also afforded her the opportunity to partner with organizations and institutions in creating access within their systems. She has led hospital leadership, private corporation personnel and non-profit organization leaders through the process of maximizing their resources while creating a system of service provision that allows their constituents peace of mind. These systems sustain today. This is Kathleen’s signature and she has a nature about her that provides teams’ comfort and a sense of security through the process. With her professional expertise, she naturally brings a level of innovation and sustainability, while maintaining a culture of respect and principles that honor each entity’s unique structure, culture and operations.
