About the

System Implementation

“If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.” – African Proverb

The notion and successful execution of access and inclusion in the workplace are not static and are continually evolving. Access and inclusion in the 1990’s was about legal compliance, in the 2000’s – universal design became a buzz notion that was designed with the “one for all, all for one” mindset. Nowadays, access and inclusion are measured by data-driven evidence of injustice (i.e. measuring the employment and salary gap amongst individuals from different marginalized backgrounds to name one). Also, the current framework for access and inclusion places accountability squarely on leaders that there is a continued lack of a people-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally-relevant paradigm to bring the proper people at the table to become the experts in redefining what access and inclusion ought to look like. Does your company have levers in place to shift gears and/or recalibrate mechanisms to reflect the trends of tomorrow’s paradigm of access and inclusion? If not, collaborate with us.

All successful and sustainable system implementations have levers in place to allow for the company to adapt and implement evolving ideas and practices into its daily operations that would allow continuous positive change to become infused while keeping its core foundational values intact. For companies to be sustainable in maintaining the evolution of access and inclusion through its initial system implementation, we will help guide companies like yours to set these levers in place during the system implementation phase as conduits for change. Pouring the concrete foundations of system implementation starts with team members and a core leader-as-servant whose focus is on the needs of the team members to engage in system assessments in order to review the mission, vision, and/or objective of the company/university, program, and/or project initiative to ensure that everyone fully understands the genesis and ethos of the core objectives needed to accomplish for a successful system implementation to occur and thrive.
